Serial numbered edition available from Alaska Outdoor Council (AOC).  Frank was asked by the AOC to do a belt buckle for the Alaska based hunting organization. Frank completed he art for AOC 1990. Frank made 150 limited edition Artist Proofs which sold out in 2014. Frank was already well-known to the AOC and donated his limited edition works to the yearly banquet/auction in Fairbanks and to other chapters.
