Refund & Return Policy

At Wilderness Creations, each piece of bronze art is handcrafted and carefully inspected prior to shipment. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is defective or flawed upon arrival

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Because our bronze sculptures are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, minor variations in finish, or natural characteristics of handmade art.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Return requests without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will provide instructions for return shipping and cover the return cost.
  • If approved for return for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Securely packaged

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet entered production or shipped.
